The room you actually want to be in
In-person Chatter Nights, online meetups, and the occasional workshop — for women in business across Scotland and beyond.
Our signature in-person nights, held across Scotland. Each one has a theme, light structure, and zero awkward small talk — just real conversation. You'll leave with new business friends, fresh ideas, and a wave of motivation. For founders, freelancers, and creatives who want networking that doesn't feel like networking.
Chatter Nights
Virtual meetups for women in business across the UK. Relaxed, no pressure, no slideshows — just real conversation between client calls or after the school run. Perfect if you can't always make it in person. For women who want connection without the travel.
Online Connect Club
Workshops, seasonal challenges, and the occasional charity night (looking at you, Spooky Chatter Night). For when you want to stretch a little — learn a new skill, try something new, or raise money for a good cause. For anyone ready to mix things up.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Honestly? That's most people on their first night. We've built these events to make introductions easy — there's structure, prompts, and someone (usually me) keeping an eye out for anyone hovering. You won't be left in a corner.
-
Whatever makes you feel like yourself. Some come straight from the school run, others have made an effort — both are completely welcome. Comfort first, always.
-
Not at all. We welcome founders, freelancers, side-hustlers, and women still figuring it out. The only requirement is that you're curious about where your work might take you.
-
A bit of structure, a lot of conversation, and zero icebreakers. There's usually a theme, sometimes a guest, and always proper time to talk to people. Drinks, snacks, and the chance to leave with a few new business friends.
Got something to say?
We're always looking for women with something genuine to share — whether that's a talk at a future Chatter Night or a conversation on the podcast. If you have an idea that could land with the Wave community, we'd love to hear it.
